Instructions for sample submission:

1. Sample Size: 10-50 grams

2. Sample Type: Must be Ground

3. Packaging: Bag or envelope are fine as long as it is well sealed.

4. Labeled: Clearly and distinctly labeled with a sample number.

5. Datasheets: Excel sheets with sample number listed and emailed to lab are helpful but not required.
