Over 190 crop scientists, growers, and industry representatives from around the world, and area leaders of the U.S. wheat and barley industry, attended the 2008 NFHB Forum. A detailed summary of what took place at the Forum will be highlighted in the 2009 Spring edition of the USWBSI´s newsletter Fusarium Focus.

In December of 2004, the USWBSI hosted the 2nd International Symposium on Fusarium Head Blight, which incorporated the 8th European Fusarium Seminar. Over 320 scientists, growers, and industry reps from 27 different countries participated in this Symposium. It is the largest gathering to date of scientists and stakeholders working on combating this disease.
