University of Illinois Small Grains Field Day

Meet at The Agronomy Seed House, 2102 S Wright St, Urbana, IL 61802, at 8:30am. From there, we will embark on a tour of different research fields to highlight what goes on in our wheat and oat breeding programs at the University of Illinois. Participants will get an up-close view of our research and plenty of time to ask questions. The tour will end at 12:30pm back at the Agronomy Seed House, and participants are welcome to stay for BBQ from 12:30pm- 2:00pm.

This year our plant pathologist collaborators will be joining us to talk about wheat head scab and research aiming to improve control measures for this pesky disease.
